A game to measure, score, motivate, and manage a salespersons activities. It includes a two task list (to do list) component, in play and backup which are part of the scoring algorithm. It is designed to have a similar look and feel to fantasy sports with the objective of having member/users create teams or groups that connect with others to compete, interact, and support each other. The task lists can be used independently of playing the game.
What does it contain and how does it work?
0. Game Logic
Each new week represents a new game. The games start on Monday at 00:00 am and end on Sunday at 11:59 pm. In order to win a game a user has to fulfill tasks with log items and events that will give him at least 35 points/week. The current game score is available on all screens: today score and target are displayed on the left side; week to date score and target are displayed on the right side.
1. Tasks Screen
The user can create and manage 4 types of tasks: Obtain, Maintain, Service and Other tasks. For each created task the user can add logs.
Obtain, Maintain and Service tasks will give the user 1 point / hour for each logged item. The users are able to select a specific color per task so that they can be visually grouped.
Tasks can be reordered by using drag and drop, they can be moved to In Play (current tasks), Backlog, archived or deleted.
Also, they can be marked as completed once done.
2. Events Screen
The user can create and manage 3 types of events: New Contact, Referral and Sale. The first two categories will give the user 1 point / event. The users are able to select a specific color per event so that they can be visually grouped.
Once created, the events are considered to be completed. They can be archived or deleted.
3. Daily Logs Screen
This screen presents all logged items attached to tasks on a daily basis from the newest to the oldest one.
4. Scoreboard Screen
This screen contains the Worldwide Top 20, Country Top 20 and Connections Top 20 best scores based on the score in the last 60 days and last week activity. Country and Connections scores are available only for users that have a valid subscription (see info below).
5. Connections Screen
The users can connect with other known users of the app or invite users to install the app by using a fully known e-mail address. Data on Connections Screen is available only for users that have a valid subscription (see info below).
6. User Details Screen
This screen can be used to update the details of the current user. In order to share his score and participate to the worldwide scoreboard, a user needs to provide a unique e-mail address and a country.
Also, from this screen a user can manage his subscription details.
